Felix Martín Sárraga

He holds a PhD in History (specialization in student and university tunas) and in Medicine and Surgery (specialization in bibliometrics) from the University of Murcia. He was professor at the University of Puerto Rico, coordinator of the teaching of clinical practice for medical students at the Universidad Católica San Pablo de Murcia and president of the Science and Research Commission of the IV Area of Health of the Region of Murcia until 2022. His doctoral thesis on the social commitment of students and university tunas, he obtained the highest possible mark in the Spanish doctoral system. He is the author of 9 books on Tunas and Estudiantinas, as well as hundreds of articles about them on the Internet and in magazines. He has given about thirty lectures related to the history of Las Tunas at Spanish-American universities and international congresses. He is president of the Scientific Committee of TVNAE MVNDI and organizer of the Ibero-American Congress of Tunas since 2012. He has been a member of the Tuna of the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Murcia since 1979. He sponsored the Tuna of the UNED of Elche (15-06-1979) and Beja University Tuna (26-10-2003). “Becado” by the Tuna Feminina Javeriana de Bogotá (24-01-2008) and by the Tuna of the Inter-American University of Puerto Rico (Río Piedras, 08-11-2018).

She held the position of Secretary of State for the Enhancement of the Interior of the XXII Constitutional Government since 2019. She currently holds the position of Secretary of State for Regional Development of the XXIII Constitutional Government
